Job Summary

Front End interface between Sales/SE community and Delivery, responsible for gathering clean order requirements from multiple inputs and ensuring an accurate translation into the appropriate quote and provisioning system. Drive issue resolution to minimise delays around release of orders into the Delivery arena.

Job Description

Validate order package across all products and bandwidths to ensure completeness and feasibility in areas of access, billing, network capacity, design and product specification. Determine the correct order quote/provisioning system(s) and configure the requirements to ensure accurate quote/provisioning/invoicing of customer order.

Engage with customer to obtain details to ensure that downstream departments have the requisite information to execute the Delivery. Will need to draw on in-depth knowledge of Century Link product set, nuances of delivery in different regions to ensure that all parameters are obtained from the customer and to demonstrate a professionalism that is conducive with a best in class customer experience. Focus will be on accelerated order requirements gathering.

Work with internal back office teams on customer in-flight changes and reply to inquiries from sales or internal customers regarding the status of existing orders.

Focus will be on accelerated order requirements gathering and to enable Sales/SEs to concentrate on revenue generating activities.

Build solid relationships with Sales and Delivery leads, implement and drive initiatives through to completion, whilst articulating the programme of work and success factors.


Product knowledge – Must possess a good understanding of telecoms and related technologies.

Strong analytical skills - Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and process complex information.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Adaptable, dynamic, self-motivated team player with excellent organization, follow-up skills and a capacity for multi-tasking.

Demonstrated ability to develop productive and collaborative cross-functional relationships.

Finely tuned attention to detail.
