Job Summary

The Lead Offer Manager role will be reporting into the VP of Offer Management & Sales Operations organization within the GEAR business unit. This position will play a lead role in the analysis, pricing and development of offers to our Strategic Enterprise customers. Position will be responsible for creating internal pricing models for renewal and acquisition market opportunities including informing capital expenditure decision making. Position will work closely in partnership with line-level account professionals and senior sales leadership.


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred)

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience

  • Advance financial modeling capabilities, analytical skills, and business case presentation proficiency

  • Strong understanding of financial measurements like Payback, EBITDA, and NPV

  • Ability to manage complexity while maintaining attention to detail

  • Ability to balance deadlines and priorities across multiple pricing requests with limited supervision

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Comfort and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Pricing and Offer Management experience

  • Experience with deal structuring and deal negotiation
