CenturyLink’s corporate marketing organization is looking for a Manager, Corporate Campaigns who is a creative, collaborative and operational leader who has a passion for digital marketing and can drive change from vision through details and execution. In this role, you will be both strategic and hands on, responsible for leading a team of campaign managers, overall creation and execution of end-to-end campaigns that are effective in-market and efficient inside the team and meeting our marketing and business objectives. You will work closely with other key marketing functions – like Brand, Creative, Project Management and Web – to deliver an integrated experience for customers. And you will lead stakeholder engagement across the business for the campaigns function.
As Manager, Corporate Campaigns you will drive the strategic planning for integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement across relevant digital channels including paid media and content marketing at the corporate level. This is a cross-functional and global role that will work across corporate marketing functions, product marketing, business unit and regional marketing teams.
Lead the strategy and planning of corporate campaigns to drive an 18+ month lifecycle view of each campaign
Develop the campaign framework and bill of materials for integrated global marketing campaigns to ensure we have the right mix of pillar and snackable assets
Manage the overall timeline for campaigns by coordinating across messaging, project management, design, digital and other stakeholders
Define personas and real-world data-driven profiles for accurate audience targeting and build detailed customer journeys for global campaigns to scale demand generation
Define marketing mix to support customer journey, incuding specific assets and asset types by funnel stage to drive demand gen at scale
Partner with messaging and insights teams on development of campaign messaging and pillar assets
Lead the claim sourcing, developing, approving and life cylce maintenance by collaborating with product marketing, product development and thought leadership and messaging teams
Research and implement best practices for audience centric marketing to provide an improved and more relevant customer experience
Provide fast, repeatable analysis of all in-market perforamnce metrics and immediate optimization actions every time a campaign or specific vehicle is run or live
Provide strategic guidance on how business unit and regional marketing teams can best leverage campaign deliverables and optimize performance
Work collaboratively across stakeholders
Interfaces with all levels of management negotiating and influencing to build consensus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
8+ years of related marketing experience
Experience with campaign management
Experience planning and executing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences
Previous experience leading or managing a team
15+ years of experience
