Job Summary

Manage transfer pricing process for operations in over fifty countries, as well as BEAT and GILTI models and BEPS country by country reports. Assist with international tax planning and tax provision for international operations. Goals will include creating tools and controls for these tasks. Will work closely with Accounting, Finance and Legal departments to ensure proper application of transfer pricing and intercompany invoicing, and must thoroughly understand accounting and revenue data and available data tools. Job requires understanding of international tax rules. Exceptional data retrieval and Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with Alteryx, SAP, Essbase and Brio are highly desirable.

Job Description

  • Create and maintain tools to perform transfer pricing calculations and accompanying invoices and journal entries.

  • Create and maintain tools to calculate GILTI and BEAT taxes.

  • Calculate and document BEPS country by country reports.

  • Perform modeling of scenarios for all of the above.

  • Create efficiencies and improvements in the transfer pricing process through understanding accounting and revenue data and available data tools

  • Maintain technical proficiency in US taxation of international operations and foreign tax developments.

  • Assist with and review tax provisions for international operations.

  • Work closely with Accounting, Treasury and Legal departments to ensure compliance with transfer pricing contracts and international tax requirements.

  • Enforce departmental policies and procedures.


  • Experience: 5+ years with Big 4 accounting firm or large corporation.

  • Education Level: B.S. required, M.T. preferred. Superior academic record a must.

  • CPA strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

  • Experience with transfer pricing.

  • Background in international tax.

  • Working knowledge of Subpart F and E&P calculations.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • An understanding of financial reporting tools such as Alteryx, Essbase, SAP and Brio, with advanced Excel skills a must.
