Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Instructional Designer to join our team in the Denver Metro Area, Apopka, FL, Monroe, LA or Town and Country, MO.

Job Description

  • Under general supervision, plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs.

  • Conducts needs assessments and training program design strategies to develop courses that are responsive to current learner and business needs, multiple skill levels, and learning theory.

  • Designs and executes training measurement plans to include learner satisfaction, proficiency, and job performance leveraging the Kirkpatrick Training evaluation model.

  • Learns and applies new technologies to the design, development, and delivery of online learning, including audio, video and animation.

  • May lead efforts from initial design to implementation.


  • Expert with online training development tools like Articulate Storyline 2 and Articulate Storyline 360

  • Expert with online publishing standards including SCORM/AICC.

  • Expert with Microsoft Office products.

  • Project Management experience in leading training development projects.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required, (Spanish read, write, speak)

  • Develop and design materials in localized Latin American languages.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

  • 4 - 6 years of related experience.
