CenturyLink is currently seeking a Sr Manager of Global Product Implementation and Sales Enablement. This role will develop Sales, Product strategies, programs and processes to increase global selling and revenue growth of identified in market and new to market products for the UC&C business unit. Partners with Sales, Operations, IT engineering, finance and SSO in each region to improve inter-region collaboration and enable cross-regional sales for revenue growth. Collaborates with key leaders in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to drive results and a teaming approach. Collaborates with regions on sales enablement programs and product implementation/launches across the international business units to drive global teaming. Define / direct B-end Sales Support Strategies and processes in support of cross-regional accounts.
This role is highly cross-functional and requires an individual with experience working with all global resources at all levels. Included but not limited to: Sales, Operations, IT, Engineering and SSO teams. This role requires significant Senior Executive engagement and will need to drive senior alignment across multiple functions in order to develop, implement and deliver programs to successful launches as well as the tracking and reporting of progress.
Responsible for coordinating with all resources and regions for all identified UC&C Global Product implementations. Included but not limited to: PD, IT, Operations, Engineering, Sales, SSO/Overlay, MES, BPI.
Responsibilities tied to all active programs and initiatives under PM management for the UC&C business line.
In conjunction with the existing UC&C PM team and assigned PM Product resources help develop short- and long-term comprehensive UC&C Product strategies both globally and in region as needed.
Assisting and leading PM and PD teams with global product requirements for necessary business cases
Active team member to help support and facilitate the E-Governance / Capital Governance processes.
Documentation, Global socialization and training of all active market products and strategies globally and by region as necessary
Develops, executes and socializes a go to market Product and Global implementation strategy to increase global cross-regional sales to grow sales and revenue for CenturyLink accounts and prospects.
Implements a targeted cross-regional go to market Product and sales enablement programs to foster sustainable growth.
Enables international sales and NA sales teams to partner and sell globally in a consistent and programmatic way, including developing and implementing/evangelizing consistent processes, tools compensation models and messages.
Partners with entire CTL global ecosystem and cross-functional teams including International Sales Effectiveness, Training, Marketing, Strategy, Strategic partners, Alliances, Competitive Intelligence, Product and Finance to define and implement cross-regional programs for NA, EMEA, LATAM, APAC.
Ensure program objectives are met at a high quality, timely, cost effective, and well documented.
Ensure product roadmaps include key technical and compliance based considerations of international customers.
Manages data analysis and identification of global productivity trends, ensuring information is meaningful, valid, complete, and accurate.
Partners with Sales teams / Sales Enablement / CX in all regions to define and program initiatives to improve CX for global accounts across Shop / Buy lifecycle phases
Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years related experience; 10+ years related experience with Master’s degree.
Extensive experience developing and implementing Global sales strategies, products, programs and processes to increase global selling.
Ability to collaborate with global regions on Product strategies and sales enablement programs across the Global business units.
Previous experience working with Global Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Operations, IT, SSO and Engineering teams.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results despite complexity and ambiguity;
Experience effectively balancing strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Driven for results.
Has positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and enjoys pro-actively solving challenges.
