Job Summary

CenturyLink is seeking RPA Developers with RPA(any top-4 RPA platforms) and .Net/C# programming experience. The position will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of automations using AssistEdge robotic process automation (RPA) software. The Developer will be part of RPA Development team supporting enterprise-wide RPA CoE to create automation solutions for business processes.

Job Description

  • Develop automations using RPA or core programming languages.

  • Convert PDDs into SDDs.

  • Define solution approach for identified automation use cases.

  • Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Infra, Business, Operations, Architect.

  • Perform unit and integration testing of developed automation modules/packages.

  • Support UAT

  • Develop and maintain documentation as required for development procedures, standards, and design techniques.

  • Establish and plot bot interactions with various business and enterprise applications as a part of the automated business process.

  • Track, investigate, and escalate any impending changes to applications that may impact the performance of the bot.

  • Monitor Bot transactions and performance and develop ideas to optimize production support activities.

  • Employ agile development practices including test driven development and deployment automation as well as Continuous Integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality.

  • Be a technology advocate and share expertise with other team members.

Qualifications

  • An Agile mindset and team player.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one of the top four RPA platforms

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net development using C# programming language, RDBMS(Oracle, SQL, MySQL) and PL/SQL programming language.

  • Experience with Entity Framework and ADO .NET

  • 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering

  • Hands on experience in designing, developing, and consuming SOAP/REST APIs

  • Experienced in writing PDD and SDD for RPA use cases

  • Experience with Elastic stack

  • Experience with Splunk configuration and monitoring.

  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

  • Should have undergone RPA Lifecycle(Define, Develop, Deploy)for identified automation opportunities

  • Experience supporting RPA bots in production

  • Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to resolve technical issues associated with RPA bots

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
