Responsible for supporting the sales organizations in resolving questions and issues related to systems, applications, and processes. Responsible for managing a ticket queue which will require resolving questions and issues, first hand and/or engaging the appropriate fix agents for resolution.

Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to quickly changing business environment and varying priorities.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with quoting/ordering processes & systems which include Siebel, Clarify, Pipeline, and other legacy systems.
Experience with Remedy or other ticketing management systems.
Interested in helping to solve problems, answer questions and coach individuals on how to work within our existing systems and processes.
Highly professional and motivated.
Excellent organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Self-starter with ability to multi-task effectively.
Understanding of networking (including Transport, IP and SoftSwitch).
Knowledge of sales processes is preferred.
Essential Duties- Answer calls via a phone queue and track work through a ticketing system.
Assist in maintaining and creating reference resources and materials for internal team consumption.
Partner with IT and Product Management resources to help identify gaps in system development and process documentation.
Provide system and process guidance to North American sales reps with regard to quoting activities.
Basic Qualifications Minimum skills required to perform in this role.
- High School Diploma or GED and relevant job experience with similar essential duties.
