Job Summary

CenturyLink’s corporate marketing organization is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Analyst (Marketing Analyst) who is creative, collaborative, has a passion for digital marketing and can assist in driving change.

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of the end-to-end campaign strategy that supports the business objectives of our consumer and small business segments. You’ll also be part of a transformation within how the marketing organization plans and implements campaigns across the company.

As a Marketing Campaigns Analyst you will assist in the planning for integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement across relevant digital channels including social, paid media and content. This is a cross-functional and global role that will work across corporate marketing functions, product marketing, business unit and regional marketing teams.

Job Description

  • Assist in evangelizing the campaign framework and planning cycles across stakeholders

  • Assist in developing bill of materials for integrated global marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate on timelines for campaigns and under direction coordinate across project management, copy and design and digital teams

  • Give input to development of buyer personas and building customer journeys for global campaigns

  • Define marketing mix to support customer journey, incuding specific assets and asset types by funnel stage to drive demand gen at scale

  • Develop campaign input briefs that define campaign messaging, objectives and goals of campaigns

  • Research best practice examples of audience centric marketing – which provides an improved and more relevant customer experience

  • Works under close supervision.

  • Follows standard practices to obtain solutions.

  • Assignments are typically routine and clearly defined.

  • Works typically requires utilization of fundamental principles, methods and concepts within a single discipline.

  • Learns professional concepts.

  • Fundamental understanding of basic marketing and digital marketing



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

  • 2 - 4 years related experience.

  • Well versed in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
