Job Summary

Consulting-level, highly technical professional. The principal purpose of this role is to develop pricing strategies and set standard prices for our global product portfolio that maximizes the revenue and/or margin potential of the company’s products within the markets sold.

Job Description

  • Develops pricing strategies and sets standard prices to assist the business units in achieving revenue and/or margin objectives

  • Builds specific knowledge and expertise for a subset telecom products

  • Develops and implements pricing policies and Offer Management guidelines consistent with pricing strategies

  • Identifies and evaluates fundamental pricing issues; develops programs, promotions and other initiatives to address

  • Quoting system support: defines requirements, reviews and implements price changes for supported projects

  • Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing/market position

  • Coordinates the development and analysis of pricing models and projections.

  • Remains up-to-date with industry news and competitive landscape to incorporate into our pricing strategy

  • Exercises significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments

  • Contributes to the attainment of the organization’s strategic goals

  • Presents information and recommendations to product managers and executives



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing or related discipline field

  • 8+ years related experience

  • Experience with financial modeling

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Finance, Marketing and/or Telecommunications experience

  • Expertise in Business Management and Finance disciplines necessary

  • Experience in the Cloud, Colocation or Managed Hosting industry and products

  • Excellent working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheet and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

  • Self-directed

  • Project Management skills

  • Goal and detail oriented


  • Master’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

  • 8+ years relevant experience

  • Telecom and/or pricing experience

  • Prior work expereince with managing pricing programs

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills

  • Extensive Excel and PowerPoint experience
