Sr Real Estate Analyst position provides support to the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Regional Operations team on data entry, tracking, reporting and analysis through various commercial and Centurylink proprietary systems related to the day-to-day business of the CRE team. This position also assists with continuous improvement of process and procedure. Position will interface with all of the following functional groups, performing these general tasks for Real Estate.
Actively track, analyze and report on regional expense and capital spend to budget.
Ensure timely and consistent project capital and expense current estimate updates from Facility Managers. Job creation/contract entry/PO entry and tracking of Real Estate Projects in various systems.
General regional/national overall program tracking and reporting.
External suppliers contract spends, reporting and document management
Energy Management reporting
Transaction reporting and document management
Drawing records management tracking and interface
Web site document control and corporate record retention support
Small Capital Job creation, execution, and close out
Partner with Facility Managers to develop long range asset strategy and tracking process in Asset Repository
Prepare and distribute monthly reports to a variety of audiences.
Administer business processes, services and controls in support of business and financial initiatives.
Monitoring and ensuring FM budget adherence and timely current estimate input
Creating and providing budget roll up reports to CRE corporate finance manager
Use judgment and policies to reach solutions.
Understand company practices and interfaces with various management levels.
Consult with peers and field personnel on processes and procedures as necessary.
Work with a variety of software systems.
Participate on cross-functional teams.
Provide training of Real Estate processes and procedures.
Responsible for preparation of back up documentation for all affiliate billing documents
Serve as SME for the project management team for budget and contract entries into the respective automated support systems.
Work on special projects as necessary.
5+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.
Two or more years of experience demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills.
Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, including the use of advanced data evaluation formulas, pivot tables, filters, and V-Lookups.
Self starting, regimented individual with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, maintain a high level of attention to data/result integrity, be detail oriented, and meets deadlines.
Ability to interface effectively at multiple levels within the organization, from administrative to executive.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
