Job Summary

We are looking for Senior SAP Recruiters; Need senior / Lead recruiter with core SAP hiring experience

Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience in the US SAP Recruitment, staffing. SAP Hiring Experience is must for this role; one should be well versed and experienced in End to End Recruitment Process. Prefer someone good in full time hiring of SAP consultants. Should have experience recruiting SAP developers, SAP lead, SAP functional consultants in various modules, Program managers and solution Architects in various SAP modules. .One should have excellent working experience using social media and search engines such as Google search, indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, and Monster etc.

Need someone with very solid understanding of Recruiting processes, Resource pool management and well conversant with various ATS, preferred experience with SuccessFactors, FieldGalss and various ATS systems

To qualify one should have (1) Database of consultants, vendors in SAP, (2) Executive presence (3) Great Requirement gathering skills (4) Ability to think strategically to control the process, help improve the margins
