Job Summary

In support of the Enterprise Machine Learning Analytics and Persistent Services (eMAPS) US Government Program, the Project Manager III position will provide project management for various implementation and lifecycle projects. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the implementation and lifecycle management of voice and data networks to include acting as a customer liaison, project planning, project scheduling, resource management, risk management, change management, project reporting and project quality assurance.

Job Description

  • Manage complex network implementations and on-going management for both domestic and international voice and data networks with minimal assistance

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual deliverables (including required meetings) for both internal and external customers

  • Assists in training and making presentations both internally and to Government customers for Operational Support

  • Initiate change management reviews and contract modifications, and identify requirements for product and IT development

  • Ad hoc reporting, as required


  • Knowledge of Federal Government process and procedures

  • Working knowledge of MS Project and associated MS Office suites



  • Bachelors in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience

  • PMP/PMI certification is highly desirable

  • Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma training a plus

  • ITIL Foundations Certification desirable


  • CLEARANCE: Current TS/SCI eligibility at time of application; Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or Single Scope Background Investigation Periodic Review (SSBI-PR) within the last five years that was favorably adjudicated

  • Have no break, greater than 24 months, in military service, Federal civilian employment, or access to classified information under the Industrial Security Program

  • TRAVEL: Some local travel may be required; 5% CONUS travel

  • Telecommunications Project Management experience a must

  • Ability to create and manage projects and develop Project Plans, Project Schedules

  • Ability to create and present project status briefings to senior staff

  • Ability to create and matrix-manage various functional teams


· Two years managing Federal telecommunications and IT projects

· Work in a fast-paced, multi-task, stressful environment

· Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops environments a plus
