Support Engineering Manager in coordinating and monitoring activities throughout the project lifecycle. Will be required to interface with engineering, project management, property management, and warehouse to properly track all program equipment procurement and deployments. Use corporate database to identify and link purchases to specific projects.
Ensure documentation is being completed by the team
Transfer equipment IAW all rules and policies
Provides status updates to management
Ensures the successful completion of customer project requirements
High school diploma
At least five years working in an office as a coordinator or similar role.
Follow operational documentation including guidelines, policies, processes, and standards.
Must be able to work well with others to achieve common goals and to foster a cooperative climate
Must have attention to detail.
Must be able to demonstrate computer skills. Should have ability to input data in spreadsheets, word docs and send as email attachment.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize work as needed.
Experience reading proposals and purchase order trackers
Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplined team environment
Flexible work schedule as needed
High School Diploma or Equivalent
