Position Objective/ Summary:

Directs a small team of Account Director and Business Development professionals and reports to the Vice President – Sales, APAC Enterprise. Manages the sale of the company's products and services in Asia Pacific to the OTT and Hi-Tech customers of which have a major impact on the success and growth of the company. Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus.

Job Description


  • Accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing accounts and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. Directs strategic, customer specific initiatives, which deliver "value added" services through the execution of customer specific account development plans.

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers at decision-making levels. Defines and executes sales strategies, and communicates clearly and concisely through professional presentations.

  • Leads sales and knowledge presentations for key customers and prospects. Maintains an expert knowledge of the customer's business products and services.

  • Drives the business strategies to identify potential customers and penetrate new market opportunities in Asia Pacific

  • Delivers weekly/ monthly forecast to the senior management and responsible for accurate reporting, cleanup, and resolution of outstanding sales, revenue, and billing

  • Facilitates good internal relationships among internal customers at all levels across the region to build a cohesive team so as to ensure that Asia Pacific market has the appropriate and functionality product portfolios, solutions and services which in line with the strategic direction of the business both globally and regionally

  • Builds a high-performance team; hires and retains the right talent in the right roles; sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable; develops and empowers direct reports to make decisions and take action. Demonstrates Company’s values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view, moves team forward through change; provides timely information; communicates context for business decisions; recognizes accomplishments; fosters teamwork and collaboration.



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 10 years of industry sales experience working for a global telecom provider

  • Experience in solution selling Network Services, CDN, Hybrid IT & Cloud, Managed & IT Services and Security products

  • Ability to develop strong relations with customers at decision-making levels

  • Must be result-orientated and able to work productively in a matrix team environment.

  • Must be well-organized and able to change focus and reassess priorities quickly

  • Possess excellent influencing and negotiation skills

  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence

  • Flexile to business travels

  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
