Job Summary

The Analyst I will work with both the Inventory Control and Asset Management Team on multiple functions from customer orders, inventory management and asset tracking. The employee will be responsible for work order management, inventory tracking, and reporting, both running and updating.

Job Description

  • Equipment Work Order Management

  • Organize daily activities to meet customer deliverables

  • Update daily reports for back end record keeping

  • Purchase Requisition creating and tracking

  • Asset tracking through reports and field inventories

  • Process equipment from acquisition through disposition

  • Serve as backup for other departmental personnel

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Associates degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

  • 2+ years related experience in specific area or equivalent.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task.

  • Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and related software for word processing, spreadsheets and database software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Access).

  • Detail and process oriented with the ability to organize and set priorities.

  • Ability to take initiative, complete assignments and begin projects with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact well with others.

  • Be a team player, optimistic, willing to learn and possess a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.



  • Two or more years’ experience in the telecommunications industry.

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Working knowledge of the Company's operating procedures
