Job Summary

We have an immediate opportunity for an Analyst II position providing support for the North America Operations Field / LNI organization.

Job Description

  • Responsible for reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting and decision support functions.

  • Responsible for developing efficient and meaningful monthly and quarterly results reporting for presentation to Executive leadership.

  • Performs financial analysis needed to provide insight into financial trends, successes and opportunities for improvement.

  • Partners with business stakeholders to prepare accurate budgets/forecasts that represent current and future business trends, incorporate operational initiatives and meet established targets.

  • Drives accountability for results and financial success.

  • Ensures that financial/business analyses and processes are reviewed and revised as financial and business conditions change.

  • Works on complex issues which require input from multiple sources and innovative problem solving.

  • Acts in a multi-discipline project leadership role working towards the development of new solutions, processes, tools and systems.

  • Generate specialized ad hoc reports and perform analysis as requested by Supervisor, business partners/clients, and other Business Unit stakeholders.

  • Interfaces comfortably to discuss and present information with all levels of management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one to three years of experience required in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Ability to independently extract key financial information from systems and prepare insightful financial reports and analyses with minimal supervision

  • Extensive Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge

  • Ability to work in complex environment with many other dominant personality types

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of US GAAP

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience with ESSBASE

Education

Bachelors or Equivalent in Finance or Accounting
