Strong technical skill level working on complex assignments within the network systems installation and/or maintenance activities. Opening is with the Advanced Services Team in Denver, Colorado.
This job will be associated to the Advanced Services team based in Denver, Colorado. This team handles managed optical transport network for a high-profile customer.
Candidate must have experience working on Ciena 6500, Ciena Waverserver/ Waveserver AI, Infinera, Cisco 100ok series, Dark Fiber networks, and reSORT ticketing system.
Candidate must have the ability to work multiple issues at once and have continuous customer service throughout the customer impairment or outage.
Candidate will be working at customer premise and must always exemplify CenturyLink’s customer focused experience.
Candidate must be willing to work in 24x7 environment with openings available for the middle and 3 rd shift.
Associate degree or equivalent education and relevantexperience
Minimum 5 - 7 yrs related experience in specific area or equivalent
May require technical certification.
