Job Summary

The Sales Support Representative supports Commercial and Enterprise frontline sales professionals through building quotes and contracts for complex product solutions. The SSR is a key member of the sales teams who will also maintain a relationship with multiple sales, engineering and lifecycle management departments to assist in growing new business for CenturyLink.

Job Description

  • Expedite sales process by facilitating requests with appropriate systems, coordinating completion and ensuring timely responses.

  • Provide quoting and product process support to sales teams

  • Assist sales teams with complex pricing and quoting requests

  • Partner with sales, engineering and lifecycle management groups to maintain high efficiency for requests

  • Resolve challenges with quoting and qualification systems

  • Provide high-level customer service to sales and sales operations


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years of relevant telecom experience

  • Attention to detail with organizational capabilities

  • Ability to prioritize with high-level time management skills

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
