Job Summary

As a Product Manager for Managed Network Services you will have responsibilities for VPN services, including MPLS/IP VPN, Internet WANs, Hybrid WANs and SD-WAN. The ability to work cross-functionally to build bundled solutions with Security & UC&C for the enterprise market is critical. This candidate must have a proven track record for being able to build a GTM plan that determines enterprise and partner customer requirements and trends, understand/appraise technical designs and be able to evangelise and support complex managed enterprise solutions.

Job Description

  • Drive and manage the financial growth of our next generation networking solutions into European customers

  • Support deals with any required special requirements to increase our win rates and drive short term growth

  • Determine and own key initiatives that will improve customer experience and build longer term growth

  • Drive repeatability into any strategies, processes and documentation that help make us successful

  • Participating in workshops and presentations with customers to support Sales and determine requirements first-hand

  • Track the market and key trends and feed it back to your Product Management stakeholders

  • Collaborate with key Product, Sales, Engineering, Access and Operational stakeholders to drive key initiatives and developments

  • Be a trusted advisor on the products and enterprise market

  • Qualify bids for bid/no-bid decisions

  • Planning and execution of go-to-market and launch activities

  • Evangelize our services and thought leadership internally and externally


  • Product Manager with at least 5 years with relevant network services

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B Telecoms

  • Experience working in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Direct commercial and technical Product Management experience of MPLS/IP VPNs, Internet/Hybrid WANs and SD-WAN.

  • Understanding of the Cloud, SDN and NFV market

  • Broad high-level understanding of the wider network, security and UCC market to work with Product SMEs to determine joined-up value propositions

  • Working knowledge of New Product Introduction / Development processes

  • Strong presentation skills, being able to communicate targeted ideas with conviction

  • Understand the trends associated with enterprise IT transformation and Cloud

  • Financial budgeting and reporting of Sales and P&L performance

  • Clear communicator in English

  • Stakeholder management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computing required, MBA preferred.

Bachelors or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering
