Job Summary


Compensation Analyst has primary responsibility for providing EMEA compensation expertise to the sales team by implementing and administering compensation policies and programs. Participate in compensation discussions to collect and analyse salary information to determine company's position. Review and submit proposed compensation adjustments for payments within company guidelines and policies. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. May be responsible for sales and non-sales incentive plan design.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in an analytical position (i.e., compensation professional, financial analyst, etc.).

Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables) and proficiency with Word and Power Point applications.

Must be able to work with highly sensitive and confidential information

Excellent communication skills, including experience with presentations to management.

Broad knowledge of global compensation practices including: compensation/bonus/incentive programs, policy design/implementation, job analysis, market analysis, regional and local regulations.

Well organized, detail-oriented and confident to work independently while preforming as a strong team player with demonstrated competency in process management, analysis, decision making, and cultural awareness.

Self-starter with excellent project management skills including the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a dynamic environment, document and communicate project plans, monitor progress and achieve milestones.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities - Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies.- Act as EMEA compensation subject matter expert by providing expertise on EMEA compensation programs and ensure compliance with local legal/compliance requirements. - Support global benchmarking process by participating in and analysing industry survey data to determine competitiveness of company’s total compensation programs. This may require data mining for hard to benchmark jobs, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation of results. - Carry out analytical assignments involving the development, implementation and administration of regional compensation programs. - Conduct compensation predictive analytics, data analysis and interpretation of trends to support proactive planning. - Stay current of trends and changes in compensation metrics and analytics practices; proactively suggest applicable metrics to measure impact of HR organization. - Act as a key contributor to the annual performance and merit review process.- Responsible for system administration, data integrity, and responding to users inquires and reporting requests.

  • Design, develop and oversee compensation related training and education programs for executives, managers, and other support management.

  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
