Job Summary

Responsible for both configuration/support and continual improvement of the EMEA SAP/ERP application and related systems. This includes SCM - supply chain management (primary) and finance (secondary) aspects of our SAP applications.

This role is based in London with a salary range of 55-65k.

Job Description

Configuration Management - Design, develop and implement configuration changes to the Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules of SAP which are moderate to complex in scope.

Interface Support - Have knowledge of related upstream and downstream systems that directly interface with SAP; support EMEA SCM related interfaces and troubleshoot issues and errors.

End User Training - Create training documents and courses for EMEA specific functionality and train EMEA end users of the SAP system.

Business Support – Provide end user support for the Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules of SAP. Resolve any issues or problems that users encounter across EMEA effectively and as quickly as possible using tools such as click to chat, email and phone calls. Provide input to policy decisions and strategic direction of the SCM functions.


• Bachelors degree with experience in SAP with an emphasis in Materials Management, Warehouse Management and Inventory Management.

• Knowledge of SAP Finance module including general ledger, accounts payable, banking, controlling and profitability analysis (COPA).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously,

• Proficient with Excel and/or Access,

• Knowledge of Worksoft and Winshuttle,
