CenturyLink has an immediate need for a Manager Process Support and Metrics. This person must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Communicate well with employees at all levels in the organization and build effective relationships and collaborate with HR and IT colleagues and leadership.
Responsible for end to end management and resolution of the following processes: accommodation requests, leave of absence escalations, VSPP process, HR policy support, etc.
Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors related to : accommodation requests, leave of absence escalations, VSPP process, HR policy support, etc.
Develops, streamlines and enhances process related to leaves and COE metrics / analytics. Provides deep analysis and predictive models to assess organizational risk.
Provides recommendations on how to reduce organization risk, improve quality of work, and drive consistency across the COE and HR function.
Acts as a liaison between line leaders and HRBP’s. Interfaces with other HR COE’s, Shared Services, and legal to streamline processes and standardize work.
Provides work direction and overall process strategy for the Process Support & Analytics team.
Experience leading and managing high performing teams skilled in data analysis, lean process mapping, and agile project execution.
Improve processes by identifying best practices, enabling innovation, fostering collaboration, and effectively leading change through data-driven process improvement methodologies.
Identify improvement opportunities and trends using data analysis within the HRConnect dashboards and quality surveys
Create intake and prioritization process of Lean projects based on requests from the customer and opportunities identified through data analysis.
Provide executive summary for monthly operation readouts including key outputs, trend analysis, and audit findings.
Provide intake and set priority for RPA projects with HRIS/IT and the COE SMEs
Highly skilled in deep dive data analysis.
Detail oriented with 8+ years of in-depth working knowledge of HR functions and processes. (Employee Life Cycle)
Experience in identifying and leading subject matter expert teams through lean process analysis.
Advanced MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, Tableau
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Success Factors, SAP or other HR ERP systems
Experience in training, program development, PC systems and Microsoft Office applications are required.
