As a Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring consistent execution of day-to-day audio conference operations and providing world class customer service. No sales! Job Description

  • Répondre aux appels et aux courriels entrants.

  • Identifier des solutions et répondre convenablement aux demandes d’information.

  • Documenter les appels selon les exigences du processus.

  • Répondre aux questions des clients.

  • Offrir des solutions pour les situations de service à la clientèle.

  • Transmettre les situations problématiques aux échelons supérieurs selon le besoin.

  • Travailler en équipe et en tandem au moment de volumes élevés.


  • Answers calls or incoming emails to provide support to customers.

  • Identifies solutions and adequately responds to requests for information.

  • Documents calls according to process requirements.

  • Responds to enquiries from customers.

  • Provides solutions for customer service situations.

  • Escalates particularly problematic issues, as required.

  • Works as a team player and in tandem during high volume occasions.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de travail équivalente dans un centre d’appel.

  • Avoir de l’expérience au service à la clientèle, des capacités de résolution de problème et de formation des clients.

  • Parler français et anglais. Être idéalement trilingue.

  • Être capable de travailler avec la suite Microsoft Office.


  • Work experience preferably within a Contact Center environment.

  • Previous customer service experience, including problem resolution and customer education skills.

  • English and French Bilingual capabilities. Preferably Trilingual.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
