Job Summary

As a Lead Generation Executive you will make outgoing calls/contacts following up on marketing campaigns, previous contacts and by making cold calls. The objective is to generate high quality leads, which are then directed as fully qualified appointment to the appropriate field sales team. The Lead Generation Executive will also be the first point of contact for inbound calls received to qualify the opportunity and determine most appropriate sales team to handle the inbound call.

Job Description

Ability to make multiple Outbound (measured) business-to-business phone calls daily in succinct and professional manner.

Record keeping of customer prospect in the appropriate systems, and timely communicate the information to the appropriate sales team members.

Collaborate with several departments across the organization, prioritize work load in an ever-changing work environment, and complete multiple tasks throughout any given day.

Collaborate with individual Field Account Managers to follow up on appointments and keep ‘your’ leads top of mind and be converted in opportunities, while also taking feedback to improve quality of leads.


  • College diploma or equivalent work experience

  • Telecommunications experience

  • Previous professional business development/lead generation experience highly desirable

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive. Active listening skills.

  • Excellent problem solving skills - ability to facilitate issue resolution

  • Energetic, positive, and customer-friendly attitude. Aptitude to work in rapidly changing environment - desire to adapt to changing work requirements and multi-task

  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
