The Engineering Support Assistant supports the Engineering Associates in projects and workflows. The ESA gathers information and data for the Engineering Associates to support the technical sales regional team.

Job Description

  • Provide technical and product information to support Engineering Associates

  • Manage process and make recommendations to process improvement

  • Compile and present data that the Associates will need to present to the technical sales team

  • In depth Excel data compilation and analysis

  • Projects and other activities that enable the Associates to provide accurate data in the most efficient way possible


  • 1+ years of relevant experience, which can include college degree work in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science related field

  • Basic understanding of technical terminology related to company products and services

  • General knowledge of voice and data communications equipment and solutions selling
