This position is responsible for completing milestone tracking and layer one test & turn up functions for special service orders in the Centurylink ILEC. Incumbent manages operations in the Seattle and Omaha Designed Service Centers.
Position is responsible for meeting customer committed due dates on a daily basis. This is a complex and challenging task involving working closely network engineering, circuit design, layer two activation, project managers, field operations and ordering.
Positions requires strong process knowledge and the ability to lead employees in achieving target level performance. Position is key to meeting the company’s revenue goal.
Broad knowledge of the service delivery processes and associated systems. Proven leadership skills managing employees in a large team environment – 5 years minimum.
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
