Job Summary

Responsible for driving process improvement at a strategic domain or value stream level. Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and measurement of unified process improvement initiatives. Lead projects, provide training, and logistical and infrastructural assistance for process improvement initiatives. Design, develop, implement and lead key process improvement efforts influences regional & global cross-functional efforts.

Job Description

  • Analyze, define, own and enhance existing processes, including the definition of process owners, metrics and roadmap of key gaps and improvement areas

  • Identify and implement process improvement and execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and scorecard reporting

  • Ensure quality and best practices of BPM (Business Process Management) as well as process compliance

  • Facilitate ongoing process improvement events at the regional level

  • Lead and mentor process owners and stakeholders in process documentation and process improvement methodology

  • Lead the region into a process-driven, team oriented culture that embraces continuous improvement

  • Provide APAC leadership and global functional leaders with status reports, feedback and trend analysis as well as early warning indicators regarding projects at risk

  • Provide functionality and process walk-throughs for the technical writers and training organizations

Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience as a Process Architect or similar experience in process improvement and project management

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate with global functions/stakeholders

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; Minimum of 1-2 years of business process

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Comfortable in presenting to executive audiences

  • Experience with SOX compliance

  • Adopt to a fast pace and evolving environment.

  • Telecom experience a plus

Education

Bachelors or Equivalent in Business or Mathematics
