Job Summary

Job Description


  • Monitors and works a region-specific Work Queue within GLM. Effectively communicates changes and work performed with stakeholders.

  • Monitors and works a region-based locations MySupportDesk queue, supporting location creation/corrections.

  • Act as main POC/SME for any location-related issues within the region.

  • Maintains strict data integrity within locations systems and strives to clean existing data when issues are identified.

  • Actively participates in GLM Stewardship calls, and communicates any system issues affecting the region to IT.

  • Follows CTL’s processes in performing cleanup activity.

  • Research and correct data discrepancies in one or more applications to clear the data issues, that are sometimes complex in nature.

  • Manages day to day cleanse activities via tasks or project instructions within multiple business systems and processes.

  • Establishes daily priorities, based on business impact and input from management.

  • Properly communicates status of activities and roadblocks internally and to project teams.

  • Analyze trends in workload in order to recommend solutions to increase data quality through improvements to processes, systems or through proactive data cleanse initiatives.

  • May be required to document and/or train process steps and systems to other team members.



  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

  • Must be able to adapt quickly to change.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.

  • Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
